Search for new resonances decaying to a <i>W</i> or <i>Z</i> boson and a Higgs boson in the <i>l</i><SUP>+</SUP><i>l</i><SUP>-</SUP><i>b</i>(<i>b</i>)over-bar, <i>l</i>¿<i>b</i>(<i>b</i>)over-bar, and ¿(¿)over-bar<i>b</i>(<i>b</i>)over-bar channels with <i>pp</i> collisions at v<i>s</i>=13 TeV with the ATLAS detector
